During the first 30 days of our hosting agreement you are entitled to a complete refund of all fees paid with the exclusion of domain name registration and data transfer fees should you decide to cancel the services. Domains registered as an inclusive option with one of our web hosting packages will be charged at the appropriate rate for the domain as shown in our price list for the period registered with the domain authority.

We will make Pro rata refunds after the first 30 days of service at our discretion based on the number of remaining complete months of the agreement should you decide to cancel. Should we find it necessary to suspend or terminate your account for any reason we will make refunds at our discretion.
